Clinical Features

History

Ñ    Age of onset:

Mean 55 years

Ñ    Symptoms usually start on one side and remain worse on that side

Ñ    Slowly progressive illness

Ñ    Loss of weight

Ñ    Dysphagia

Ñ    Constipation

KUS

Ñ    Urinary incontinence
